Tornador issues with compressor

Just bought it hooked it up to a 2 gallon Master craft air compressor and it's abit wierd because it takes time to go to 70psi and then it dosent substain the pressure for long any suggestions?? Of the proper one or what I should do to my compressor to make it work properly inside the car ??
