This stuff works great! It dissolves more tar than anything else I've found. Usually takes off all the tar in two or three applications. It's easy on your paint but it's still a good idea to wax afer using.
Still requires some elbow grease to get the job done. You MUST use it outside because the fumes are strong. A mask is a good idea.
